Returns

Erotica Chic has a no-nonsense no-quibbles returns policy. The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 say that you have the right to cancel an order without giving a reason within 7 days. You can cancel an order with Erotica Chic within 7 days for a full refund. If your order has already been dispatched when we receive your cancellation, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund. If an item is returned that is not defective, you will be required to pay for shipping or collection of the goods.  If you arrange for us to collect the goods a deduction will be made to cover the cost of collection. For hygiene reasons Erotica Chic cannot accept returns of adult toys, creams, lubricants, massage oils or condoms if they have been opened. You may exchange unused and unopened products within 30 days for alternative items. Lingerie and sexy clothing Erotica Chic would advise trying on lingerie and sexy clothing with knickers and labels intact to ensure you are happy with your purchase.  If you are not happy, please return the unwanted, unused and unlaundered items to us within 7 days for alternative products or a refund. Please note you must keep all tags and labels intact. If they are removed, we cannot accept the returned item. DVD’s and Videos Erotica Chic cannot accept returns of DVD’s, videos and audio recordings if the seal is broken/removed, as specifically stated in the EC Distant Selling Regulations.. Defective Items If in the unlikely event the product is defective, Erotica Chic will provide a full refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase.  Please ensure the product is cleaned thoroughly and wrapped securely in a plastic bag, in its original box, including manuals and accessories.  You will need to provide a full description of the fault.  If the product is tested and is not found to be not defective it will be sent back to you. Refunds Your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation, as stated by The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Returning an Item Please securely wrap the product, including the reason for the return and send it to: Erotica Chic Lingerie Ltd, 49 Newton Road, Woolston, Southampton, SO19 9HX . Please obtain proof or posting, you do not need to return your item by Special Delivery or Recorded Post. Alternatively we can arrange to collect the product from you but you will be charged the shipping cost, or this will be deducted from any refund that is due. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
